The response has been great for this spring’s trail groups. The start dates are May 3rd and 4th. Due to the demand for beginner spots the Wednesday group will also target those who feel that a beginner level would suit them best.
So this a reminder that our spring trail running sessions are now open for registration. Last year’s groups were very popular. There are 2 groups and a limit of just 7 runners per group. Groups begin at 6:30 p.m. each day. Please send me a post or email for more info
Our sessions are a great intro to trail running as well as a terrific way for those who run trails to get better. The sessions are in the Don Valley single track trail system and very accessible by TTC.
